To create your segments go to your Messaging & Workflows tab.

Then, click on Lists & Subscribers

After that, click on Add Filter on top of your screen to start adding filters to define your segments. You can create as many segments as you want based on different criteria.

Make sure to click on Save As New Segment if you want to use it again.

You can also update an existing segment. To view all of your existing segments, simply click on the Segments tab next to Lists.

Once you have created a segment, you can use that segment in email campaigns for targeting specific offers or nurturing your prospects and customers.
