If you're frequently creating emails with the same look and style, you can build your own email templates to save you a lot of time.
Go to Messaging & Workflows in the top navigation bar.
Click on Email Templates
On this page, the default view is the System Templates.
To get started on building a new email template from scratch, click on Add New Template. In the builder, you can drag and drop different blocks to create the template.
To save even more time, why not clone an existing template and make a few changes? Hover over an email template you want to copy, click on the three dots in the blue circle and then click Clone.
Give it a subject at the top of the page when you've finished customizing it, click on save and then your new template will appear in the My Templates area.
