The payouts section of your affiliate dashboard is where you can find the payouts due, the balances locked and the amounts available to withdraw.

The amounts listed are:

• The current balance is the amount due that has not yet been requested or paid
• The locked balance is awaiting the release period to expire. For example, we hold funds for 30 days to allow for potential refunds on subscriptions.
• The available to withdraw funds is the amount you can request to be sent to you

When you want to withdraw funds available from your affiliate marketing efforts, click on the Withdraw button and follow the prompts.

Connecting your PayPal account and completing your tax information is required in order to receive any commission payments.

If you have earned commissions, but have not properly set up your PayPal account or submitted your tax information, we will attempt to notify you to complete the necessary actions.

We strongly recommend completing these steps upon being approved for the program.
