To add video backgrounds to a block or container click on the 'Block' button. That will open the settings of the whole block.

Check Add Video Background

Add the YouTube URL. You can then set the volume and the start and end time if you have a particular section of the video you want to play. Note: This currently only works with YouTube URLs.
